Privacy Policy

RemoteFrames respects your privacy. We collect only the minimum data required to provide subscriptions, authentication, and the remote desktop service.

What we collect

• Email address (if you subscribe and/or request a login code).
• Subscription/payment metadata (handled by Paddle; we may store identifiers such as transaction/subscription IDs and status).
• Operational logs (for security and debugging, our servers may log connection timestamps and IP addresses).

Remote desktop data

The remote desktop stream (screen frames) and control inputs are processed in real time to provide the service. We do not sell this data, and we do not intentionally store screen frames.

Network Communication

Connections are encrypted and used solely for communication between paired devices and our service.

Payments are processed by Paddle. Email delivery (for login codes) may be handled by your email provider and our configured SMTP provider.

Data retention

Subscription records may be retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, fraud prevention, and support. Operational logs are retained for a limited period.
